To receive the CLHMS recognition, an agent must meet specific criteria, including completion of rigorous training and demonstrating a proven track record in the upper-tier property market.
Bret has also earned the Certified Negotiation Expert designation. He chose to become part of the top 3% of real estate agents professionally trained in negotiation.
