Bret recently earned the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist™ designation. The CLHMS designation is recognized as the mark of accomplishment in luxury real estate markets; this achievement proves that recipients are true professionals in this sector. To receive the CLHMS recognition, an agent must meet specific criteria, including completion of rigorous training and demonstrating a proven track record in the upper-tier property market.
Bret has also earned the Certified Negotiation Expert designation. He chose to become part of the top 3% of real estate agents professionally trained in negotiation. Negotiation skills, including the all-important art of persuasion, gives Bret and our clients the edge in every facet of real estate, and in every step of the real estate life cycle. Negotiation strategies and tactics are critical throughout the real estate transaction and getting our clients safely to SOLD.
