Who We're Looking For
Real Estate Sales Agent - Are you seeking hands on training and a process oriented team with systems in place to allow you the freedom to focus on providing a world-class service to your clients? We're hiring a licensed sales agent to come on board and hit the ground running. You'll learn from and report directly to Texas Home Life co-founder, Bret Chance.
We’re looking for someone who is dedicated to putting clients first, doing the right thing, and working towards win-win agreements.
Our ideal sales agent is someone who is deeply committed to the success of the team, and someone who can support our lead agent. Someone who is professional with excellent leadership qualities, a strong sense of urgency without sacrificing quality, a 'people' person who doesn't meet a stranger, and someone who is comfortable on the phone. This person is self-motivated and determined.
Sales Agent Responsibilities:
Learn scripts and dialogues, as well as other team systems
Actively prospect for buyer leads (via phone, door knocking, open houses, etc.), convert leads to appointments, close for agreements, and conduct high-level fiduciary needs analyses
Consult with clients to ensure fiduciary service of the real estate transaction from initial contact through contract to close
Develop expert knowledge regarding mortgage financing, cities, neighborhoods, schools, and all home-ownership issues
Oversee all aspects of buyers’ transactions from initial contact to contract to close
Effectively negotiate, or oversee negotiations, for all buyers
Being willing to be held accountable to the goals and standards for yourself and team
